As a charitable foundation our primary mission at Through the Storm Foundation is to provide assistance to the Military and their families. Besides providing the simple necessities like food and shelter, our assistance also includes providing for the Military and their family member with adequate counseling to deal with the aftershock of war which very often results in homelessness, depression, substance abuse, or thoughts of suicide. Because so many of our Military members return home with devastating injuries resulting from loss of limb or deep spinal injuries, long time physical recovery is required. That is where we can help.
